Lux Hire Newcastle for woman to dress to impress at a fraction of the price.
Lux Hire Fee's includes dry cleaning fees, please do NOT wash any of our garments.
If our garments are returned damaged, a fee will apply depending on the amount of damaged caused and if it can be repaired. If the garment is returned damaged beyond repair, lost or stolen the customer will be liable to 100% of full retail of the garment.
When hiring with Lux Hire Newcastle we ask you to please take care of our garments to avoid the fee that applies when damaged.

Can I Try Before I Hire ?
Yes, if you are local to Newcastle. Book an appointment to our try on boutique located in Bar Beach, Newcastle.
How do I return an item?
All hire garments are sent back via postage or dropped off to boutique located in Newcastle.
Can I get my money back if it doesn't fit ?
No sorry, this is why we offer a try on appointment. If you can't attend a try on appointment then please choose carefully.
Do I wash the Garment ?
No, do not try and wash the garment event if it has been stained or marked.
Where do you ship to?
We ship dress & garment hires all over Australia.
How long is your hire for ?
Our standard hire is a 3 day hire. If you need a longer hire please let us know.
